October 9th, 2023 : The notice serves to inform the public, the Queen Elizabeth Hospital is having some challenges with the telephone lines for the Medication Delivery Service Hotline, 536-4804. Reports indicate since around 9:45 am, calls to the hotline are being forwarded straight to voicemail. We are working with the telecoms provider to have the service restored.
Customers however can still access the Medication Delivery Service through the hotline by calling 536-4804 and leaving a voice message. A member of the Medication Delivery Service team will respond to have your prescription filled and your medication conveniently delivered to you as soon as possible.
