The Executive Directors cover seven divisions of hospital administration, plus the University of the West Indies Faculty of Medical Sciences and the Harrison Point Isolation Facility.
The Directors coordinate the day to day activities of the hospital and communicate Board objectives whilst collecting information from staff and the public to advise the Board. They also facilitate teamwork and monitor performance.

Service Improvement Managers at QEH work collaboratively with departments across the hospital to build on and enhance the excellent work already being done. The team is dedicated to improving clinical processes, optimising patient flow, and increasing operational efficiency through the use of targeted improvement tools and data‑driven decision‑making. Our focus is on supporting clinical departments to deliver safe, timely, and people‑centred care through sustainable service improvement initiatives.
