QEH Invites Tenders for the Supply and Delivery of Food Products

The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH) is inviting qualified and licensed suppliers to submit tenders for the supply and delivery of food products to support the Hospital’s operational and dietary requirements.

The Invitation to Tender (ITT), Reference Number PM-SDFS-062026, seeks suppliers capable of providing a consistent supply of high-quality food products to meet the needs of patients, staff and hospital operations. Given the critical role food services play in healthcare delivery, suppliers are expected to demonstrate the capacity to maintain high standards of food safety, quality, reliability and timely delivery.

The QEH operates as a primary acute care institution and requires dependable suppliers who can meet both routine and urgent supply demands while ensuring compliance with established food safety regulations.

Scope of Supply

The tender covers the supply and delivery of food products across the following categories:

  • Lot 1: Beverages
  • Lot 2: Non-Foods (Packaging & Disposables)
  • Lot 3: Fish and Meats
  • Lot 4: Fruits and Vegetables
  • Lot 5: Dry Goods
  • Lot 6: Dairy

Quantities outlined in the tender documents represent estimated annual requirements and may vary based on operational needs.

Submission Details

Interested suppliers must submit completed proposals through the Government of Barbados e-Procurement Portal under the project title: Supply & Delivery of Food Products

Proposals must be submitted in English and in the format specified within the Invitation to Tender documents.
