COVID-19: EXTENDED OPENING HOURS FOR QEH PHARMACY

The public is kindly asked to note that effective Wednesday, March 18, the opening hours of the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Pharmacy have been extended to facilitate the dispensation of a two month supply of medication to out-patients. The pharmacy will now be opened from 8:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. on weekdays; and 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. on weekends.

It is advised that persons on medication have at minimum a two month supply of all medications prescribed. As such, this limited dispensation service is simply a precautionary measure to ensure patient care is not compromised.

Persons visiting the pharmacy are asked to observe a 3 feet, or 1 meter space between themselves and others, and after submission of the prescription script to return to their seat until their name is called.
