Temporary Relocation of the Accident and Emergency Department


The public is kindly asked to note that the Accident and Emergency (A&E) Department of The Queen Elizabeth Hospital will be temporarily relocated to the hospital’s Antenatal and Haematology Out-Patients’ Clinics from 6:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 31, to 8:00 p.m. on Monday, November 4, 2019, to facilitate industrial cleaning and minor repair work within the department.

To effect the temporary relocation of the A&E Department, the Antenatal and Haematology Out-Patients’ Clinics will be suspended on Friday, November 1, and Monday, November 4, 2019; and will resume normal operations on Tuesday, November 5, 2019.

During the course of this temporary relocation persons accessing the (A&E) Department are asked to do so through the glass doors of the Lion’s Caribbean Eye Care Centre.
