The Corporate Business Unit team is committed to delivering services that seamlessly blend premium hospitality with telemedicine solutions and in so doing, improve the quality of service to patients, visitors and staff to The Queen Elizabeth Hospital (QEH).
The QEH provides a fast track premium service for a suite of diagnostic radiological, laboratory, cardiac and ophthalmic services to our valued clients. This enhanced service provides clients with convenient business hours and access to professional, accurate and timely diagnostic assessments and results.
To access this suite of services clients will need a referral from their Insurance Company or private physician. Services are pre-booked using our online appointment system.
At The Queen Elizabeth Hospital, we are committed to service excellence through the delivery of premium healthcare services that meet and exceed the expectations of our clients. The 24 hour concierge service is available to all patients and guests of the QEH and is designed to address non-clinical needs which include transportation and information requests and culinary concierge services.
Though the Corporate Business Unit’s general business hours are from 8:30 A.M. to 4:30 P.M., our CBU personnel are always on call to ensure that your needs are met. Our team is here to ensure that your client experience is a positive and memorable one.
