In an effort to better serve our constituents, the Queen Elizabeth Hospital is introducing a 24 hour, 7 days a week client service for its Clinical Risk Management Unit (CRMU).
On weekdays between 9:00 A.M. – 4:30 P.M, patients and visitors who wish to give a commendation, leave a comment, raise a concern, or make a complaint are encouraged to visit the CRMU or call 436-6450 Extensions 5234, 5248 and 5249. However, with the implementation of the 24 hour, 7 days a week service, patients and visitors can now call 436-6450 Extension 6283 after hours, on weekends and on public holidays.
