All applicants are requested to thoroughly complete QEH Board Employment Application forms. These may be submitted in person directly to the Reception Desk of the Human Resources Department – the second building on the left (cream and red) in the Enmore Complex located directly across the street from the Hospital. Completed application forms and attachments may also be forwarded via post or email by the indicated deadline date.
Emailed applications may be typed or handwritten as legibly as possible. All forms must be signed and scanned along with CVs and other requisite attachments. Applications are not considered complete unless all documents inclusive of testimonials, certified qualifications, Police Certificates of Character, proof of professional registration and references are received.
Applicants are also required to provide all possible telephone and email contacts.
Applications for different positions must be submitted on separate application forms.
